Report a Penguin Colony bug
Use the publisher’s pinned Steam bug thread or support@fellowtraveller.games. Include your build number and what happened so the team can identify the relevant version and failure.
Prepare a useful report
- Read the build number at the bottom-left of the main menu.
- Describe the chapter, action immediately before the issue, and what stopped working. Say whether you are playing the demo or full release.
- Add a relevant screenshot or video if available. Remove unrelated personal information.
- For an email report, the publisher asks for a zipped copy of the save folder:
%USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/ORIGAME DIGITAL/Penguin Colony. Send a copy and keep your local save.
